Handling and delivery

In-stock colors are picked, inspected and packed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard US delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days after that. Expedited options are shown at checkout when available in your area.

Shipping is free on US orders over $50. Below that, flat-rate shipping is $6.95.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships inside a plain carton with no product names, images or branding on the outside. Inside, your candle is wrapped in tissue in a matte black gift box, so it is ready to hand over without any extra wrapping.

International orders

We ship to Canada and most of Europe. International duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier on delivery.

Returns

Unused, unlit candles in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Email help@Spiderwebagent.com with your order number to start a return.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, send a photo within 7 days and we will ship a replacement at no cost. Custom color runs and bulk event orders are final sale.
