Age requirement

Our products are adult novelty items. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel any affected order with a full refund. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation.

Candle safety

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, drafts and anything flammable. Burn on a heat-resistant surface, trim the wick to a quarter inch before each use, and stop burning when two inches of wax remain. Because each candle is hand-poured, small variations in shape, color and finish are normal and are not defects.

Returns

Unused, unlit candles may be returned within 30 days as described on our shipping and returns page. Custom color runs and bulk event orders are final sale.

Intellectual property

All site content, photography, illustration and copy belongs to Wick & Wicked and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Use of our candles is at your own risk and subject to the safety instructions above.
